Payment Terms:

Quarterly Subscription: By purchasing a SigEp Subscription Box, you agree to an initial and reoccurring Quarterly Subscription fee at the then-current Quarterly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all reoccurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your quarterly subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

Returns and Refunds:

If you wish to return your SigEp Subscription Box, all items must be returned within 30 days of arrival. All items must be undamaged and unused.

Should an item not fit, we can exchange a single item for a new size. Because some items are not and will not be stocked in the Official SigEp Store, we may be unable to exchange the item in question. If that is the case, the Official SigEp Store may offer a "prorated" amount to cover that item. 

If an item arrives damaged, the Official SigEp Store will do their best to send a new items at no extra cost to the recipient. 

All returns/exchanges but be made within 30 days of the packages arrival.

Termination of Subscriptions:

You reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time. If your card as already been charged that quarter the Official SigEp Store can only cancel your order if the box has yet to ship.
